Sahtyre

Sahtyre is the guy you’d love to hate.. that is, if hating him was at all possible. He exemplifies the epitome of what it means to be relatable while keeping a certain sarcastic aura about him. Representing Los Angeles to the fullest, Saht, as friends call him, prides himself on being not just a mere emcee, but a musician who’s appreciation of the art spans way beyond the realm of hip-hop. Imaginative, inspiring, and personable, Sahtyre’s unique charisma commands the unwavering attention of all of those in his presence at any given time. This characteristic combined with his quick-witted humor qualifies him as a notably entertaining all around performing artist.. and that’s before you hear his music. If Jimi Hendrix was reincarnated as Redman and grew up rhyming as a member of the highly esteemed Project Blowed camp, what you’d have musically is Sahtyre. This lyricist’s advanced patterns flow easily with subtle complexities and skillful nuances riddled throughout the course of his subject matter which ranges anywhere from funny narratives to smooth ballads and of course, the raw battle tracks. All in all, Saht is a breathtaking performer with ingenious writing abilities that he uses to portray the depth of his childish spirit and genuine character. Perhaps most importantly though, he’s just a cool guy, and that’s all that really matters anyway, isn’t it?
