Randall Frazier is Production Manager and Lead Sound Engineer at The Walnut Room, Denver’s best sounding live music venue, as well as chief engineer at Helmet Room Recordings, a recording studio and record label recognized worldwide for high quality audio production work. He has mastering and/or engineering credits on works from Edward Ka-Spel, The Legendary Pink Dots, Kal Cahoone, Expo 70, Green Milk From The Planet Orange, Bela Karoli, Golden Death Music, Pee Pee, Orbit Service, and has also worked with Calexico, Iron And Wine, Helio Sequence, Crystal Skulls, Chuck Prophet, Johnette Napolitano (Concrete Blonde), Band Of Skulls, Greg Laswell, and many, many more.
Both Helmet Room Recordings and The Walnut Room have been voted “Best Of Denver” by Westword Magazine for superior Audio Production. Recordings featuring engineering/mastering work from helmet room have been featured in Pitchfork Media, Denver Post, LA Weekly, Downbeat, and NPR to name just a few.
