Kenny Lee Young
I have recently reached a quarter century old! Yippy. I found out that I keep falling in love with music time after time. I moved out here to Denver about two years ago and have been working really hard to make some impression on the music scene. So far so good. I was able to open up for Common (someone i have been listening to since I have graduated high school) and it was a dream come true. I have been playing shows all around and starting to make a fair name for myself and have two songs on 93.3 KTCL local hour that they put in rotation every now and then (thanks Alf). I consistently play with a great drummer, “Berto” and was able, for a short time, to play with an amazing violinist, Andrea. Currently, I am playing many shows and have been exposed to great styles of music. I have also been able to connect with a lot of different local artist, some of which I have of my friends list so you should check them out. All in all I really love Denver, but am waiting to do the Nomad thing all over again (Europe…here I come). Keep the music alive. Peace!
