John Lefler (of Dashboard Confessional)

Singer/songwriter from Sugar Land, TX, John has spent the last eight years, or so playing lead guitar in the band Dashboard Confessional. His debut solo release, 2009’s Better By Design, was written and recorded between the cracks of Dashboard’s busy recording and touring schedule. His music has been routinely referred to as, powerpop, essentially music heavily influenced by the likes of Jellyfish, XTC, The Beatles, Crowded House, Squeeze, etc.
