Eric Forsyth

Eric Forsyth is a nomadic musician that has finally found home in
Colorado. In the last few years, this multi-instrumentalist and
songwriter has made a name for himself in several different
locations across the country. From Philadelphia to Detroit, Idaho,
Miami and now Denver, Forsyth has lived and performed in various locales, with many talented artists – broadening his musical taste and expression while combining those to find a sound so uniquely his own.
Forsyth’s gifted voice and song styling are catching the ears of
many music lovers across the country and especially the Denver
independent music scene. His new EP “trees and other shady things” is finding it’s way to many many ears and experiencing glowing reception. Written and recorded over the course of a year and a half, “trees and other shady things” is a hand picked collection of quintessential Eric Forsyth tunes. As debut solo releases go, this one is a golden keeper. From the Ben Harper-esque acoustic spiritual of “Easiness” to the John Mayer song styling of “Holding” and toe tapping reggae infused licks of “Bound to Be,” trees and other shady things has Forsyth’s heart and homemade love put into every note.
In short, Eric’s is not a show to be missed.
