Cara Cantarella is a Denver-based singer/songwriter who writes music with a depth and understanding that bridges lifetimes of experience. With a deep respect for those who have influenced her—Joni Mitchell, Sarah MacLachlan, and James Taylor, among other admired performers—Cara now shares her music alongside contemporaries Dar Williams, Patti Griffin, Norah Jones, and Ani DiFranco.
Her latest release, Now I Know, is a tribute to that inner voice in all of us. We like to say that it has been whispering to us quietly, but in truth it probably has been shouting out for a while now, trying to get our attention. And we finally have the fortitude to listen.
